Interactive seminars in Global Issues (Dublin)

Suas is running a series of interactive seminars in Global Issues. Held in the Irish Aid Volunteering Centre, the seminars will run every Monday from 6.00-8.00 in the Awareness Room until the 30th of March.Our next session is on the 23rd of March on Aids/HIV.This will be facilitated by Dr. David Weakliam, currently a Public Health consultant with the HSE. Dr. Weakliam has extensive work experience in international health in areas of conflict such as Liberia, Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo and Nepal. This session will investigate the reality of the spread of HIV/Aids; examining the socio-cultural factors involved. Thanks for posting this link, we find it very hard to publicise these courses on a tight budget!

They run every Spring and Autumn and we're always looking for facilitators and people to come.
